Cuts is a sequence of parallel vertical lines cut into a piece of museum cardboard. The vertical pattern derives from the incisions that were made from top to bottom, as close as possible but not overlapping with each other. The result suggests a dynamic and subtle relation between the set of the inscribed lines and the direction of the light.
