Light Bulb is a film recording of a bulb being switched on. It is an ordinary light bulb, which takes about three minutes to reach its full brightness. This delay is the projection’s artistic generator. It creates a simple progression, where the luminous circle in the middle of the projection slowly illuminates the space around it until the image burns out completely and the circle disappears into one illuminating surface.The light bulb takes shape of a sun that at first illuminates the room around it and finally erases everything and ends the exhibition as a slow loop of appearance and disappearance.
